It really is such bad news for Real Madridistas like me to know that superstar Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid ofcourse and France)will retire after the 2006 World Cup in Germany. Although he's 33 already, he's still a good midfielder and did a great free kick in a Real Madrird game during the weekend I think. :(
Changing topic, Rafael Nadal, world number two, is smoothly sailing to the quarter finals in Open Seat Godo in Barcelona. He now has 44 consecutive wins in clay, 3rd in history. 2nd is Bjorn Borg with 46 connsecutive wins on clay and Guillermo Vilas holds the title with 53 consecutive wins.
Here are some pictures which i got from www.vamosrafael.com (messageboard about the Open Seat News)
This was before his match against Pastor, wherein he got and ATP Award

This was maybe after the game ,he won ofcourse :)
